Dispatch

Diagnosis
Fault confirmed on site. Fixed figure written and handed over before anything is opened.
Authorisation
Work proceeds only on your say-so. Decline and the attendance fee is the whole of it.
Completion
Pressure-tested where applicable, photographed, invoice matched to the authorised figure.
